Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, Mest Stores will gladly exchange or refund the purchase - at its own discretion

 

  1. Accepted returns should be in the original boxes or package, sealed (unused with no missing component for UN-sealed items) within 7 business days from delivery date.
  2. Any items not matching with first above condition will not be accepted.(any unsealed item will be subjected  to 15% restocking fees if accepted after technical checking with no missing components)
  3. Please contact Mest Stores customer service team and return your defective item within 14 days from your invoice date (according to customer protection law).
  4. Original invoice should be attached.
  5. Customer will be charged for return shipping fees.
  6. All requests regarding shortage/miss-shipping/miss-billing must be made within 1 business day (24 Hours) from delivery date, otherwise all documents will be considered accepted
  7. Customer won't be charged for any shipping or returning fees for items if they damaged or not exactly as described on the website.
  8. If the item broke after it was first used, it'll be out of Mest Stores return policy, manufacturer warranty terms and conditions will be applied.
  9. Items non eligible for return are:
    • Ink / Toner.
    • Assembled PCs.
    • Pre-configured PCs or Laptops.
    • Any back orders.
    • Any unsealed software.
  • Any scratched item code or serial number.

 

 

Refund:

  1. Mest Stores will refund or replace the defective item with a new one within 5 business days after receiving the defective item (5 days for technical examination).
  2. In visa payment the refund will depend on Visa company policy.
