6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Arbitration will take place in Cairo, Egypt, and the language will be English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
8. Account and Voucher Policy
Each customer may have only one account. A voucher can be used once per customer. If we find multiple accounts or repeated voucher use, we may deactivate your account, block further orders, and take legal action.
9. Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for physical products.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include consumables such as inks, cartridges, accessories, gift cards, and downloadable or digital products.
To return a product, please ship it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Digital Products
Digital licenses and activation codes are delivered via email after purchase.
Because they are electronic goods, they are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical error or invalid activation.
10. Installment Payment Policy – MEST Stores Egypt Terms
MEST Stores offers installment options on all product pages. Customers must first choose their preferred payment method — either cash payment or bank installment — before proceeding to checkout.
You can select either:
- Direct installment using your phone number
- Bank installment using your credit card
Products purchased with installments can be refunded or exchanged using the same payment method. Cash refunds are not allowed for installment purchases.
Products on discount do not qualify for installment pricing; regular pricing applies.
Long-term installments over 12 months include an additional fee, displayed before payment.
